Teri – PM

Teri is our Practice Manager. She joined Bass Lake Pet Hospital in August of 1989. She was a previous client when Dr. Cameron invited her to join the team. What a great decision that was!

Teri lives in Corcoran with her daughter Shaylee.  Both of her daughters, Ashley and Shaylee are in the Veterinary Profession. They have spent many hours in the clinic with their mom!  Teri is also very dedicated to working out; she goes to a personal trainer every morning before work! In her free time, she enjoys being out motorcycling, paddle boarding, or boating. 

Another passion is cooking everything from canning salsa, HOT pickles, jam to everyday meals! Teri is also a member of Veterinary Hospital Manager Association.

Carrie – CVT

Carrie has been a Certified Veterinary Technician since 2008. She graduated from Argosy University with her AAS in Veterinary Technology and has spent the last 11 years developing her skills and knowledge at a variety of hospitals and clinics.  After taking a 3 year hiatus from her veterinary career to pursue work in human medicine, she came to her senses and realized it was time to return to the animal world.  Carrie joined the amazing team at Bass Lake Pet Hospital in December 2019 and has never looked back. Her time outside the clinic is shared with family, friends, and her two dogs Bruno and Addy.

Stephanie – CVT

Stephanie graduated from Minnesota School of Business in 2012 with her Associates in Veterinary Technology. She joined the Bass Lake Pet Hospital team in January 2019. She has two cats: Phoenix and Falcor. Stephanie loves spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Erin – CVT

Erin graduated from Argosy University in December 2017 with her AAS in Veterinary Technology. She has always been a client at Bass Lake Pet Hospital and now she is happy to say that she is part of our team as well.

For Erin, becoming a Veterinary Technician and being able to work with animals has been a dream come true. She currently has one dog,  a deaf American Staffordshire Terrier named Whisper.

Jocelyn – CVT

Jocelyn has been working with Bass Lake Pet Hospital since June 2020 as a certified technician. She received her certification in 2008 from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN.  She has worked in general practice and emergency medicine for the last 10 years. She enjoys being with her 4 year old son and husband also has 2 cats named Shark bait and June bug.

Rachael – CVT / VA

Rachael
Rachael’s journey into the world of veterinary medicine began in 2020 when she joined Bass Lake Pet Hospital. Starting as a receptionist, she quickly realized her desire to become more hands-on with the animals under their care. Motivated by this passion, Rachael wasted no time and enrolled in a program through Penn Foster to pursue her licensure as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT). She deeply appreciates the support she’s received from Bass Lake Pet Hospital in achieving her goals, and she credits her growth to the guidance and encouragement of her colleagues, making the work environment at the hospital truly special to her.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Rachael leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. She finds joy in rollerblading, playing frisbee, and hiking, often exploring state parks and trails during her free time. Road trips are a favorite pastime, allowing her to discover new places and experiences. Her love for the outdoors is complemented by her passion for dog training and spending quality time with her beloved canine companions.

Rachael shares her home with three cherished dogs who bring endless love and excitement to her life. Wolf, a 7-year-old Pomeranian, Daisy, a 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog, and Chance, a 3-year-old Cattle Dog, share Rachael’s enthusiasm for frisbee, indulging in full-body massages, occasional culinary escapades, and the undeniable pleasure of snuggling with their favorite humans.

Rachelle – VA

Rachelle has been working with animals since 2019. She first started working as an animal technician for the humane society where she learned that working with animals is her passion. She left after 2 years to pursue her career in veterinary services which is how she started working at BLPH in February of 2021.

Rachelle lives in NE Minneapolis with her sister, roommate, and 3 cats, Coco, Quimby, and Priscillah. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors, spend time with friends, read, and work out.

Trinity – VA

Trinity
Trinity joined Bass Lake Pet Hospital in 2021, where she is currently pursuing her education to become a Veterinary Technician. Her passion for veterinary medicine stems from the profound satisfaction she finds in aiding animals, whether it’s a simple nail trim or a procedure that could significantly impact their well-being. Since childhood, Trinity has harbored a deep love for animals, driving her toward a career dedicated to their care and welfare.

Beyond her professional aspirations, Trinity finds solace and fulfillment in a variety of hobbies. Crafting, reading, and exploring new destinations through travel are among her favorite pastimes, providing her with opportunities to unwind and recharge outside of her veterinary studies and work.

At home, she shares her space with two feline companions named Ares and Atticus. Both cats are content lounging around and observing the world outside the window, with Ares particularly enjoying a game of fetch, adding playful charm to Trinity’s household.

Tara – CSR

Tara’s love for animals and people has kept her with us since 1998.  She continues to bring happiness and energy to our team. She lives in Maple Grove with her boyfriend Chris and their sweet Mini Australian Shepard, “Leo”. She enjoys traveling, zip lining and boating on the Minnesota lakes.

Mandy – CSR

Mandy has been a receptionist here at Bass Lake Pet Hospital since April 2008 and absolutely loves it!  She has three children: Grace-17, Kelvin-11, and Lydia-7. They enjoy going to the park, visiting the zoo, and swimming in the summer.

Mandy grew up on a farm in South Dakota around dogs, cats, and horses, and cows, but she enjoys working with animals of every size. She is able to visit family in SD often.

Mackenzie – CSR

Mackenzie

Mackenzie embarked on her veterinary journey by earning her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Veterinary Technology from Argosy University in 2008. Following her graduation, she dedicated six years to Bass Lake Pet Hospital as a Certified Veterinary Technician until 2015. After taking time off to focus on raising her children, Mackenzie has returned to the veterinary world as a Client Service Representative.

Driven by a lifelong passion for animals, Mackenzie has always felt drawn to working with and caring for them. Her love for animals has guided her professional path and continues to inspire her in her role at the clinic.

Beyond her work at the hospital, Mackenzie finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and three children. She relishes outdoor adventures and treasures moments of relaxation with a good book. At home, their household is complete with the presence of Dex, the black lab, Cayenne and Jalapeno, their two cats, and S’more and Lucky, the beloved guinea pigs, making their house a true haven for animal lovers.
