Teri – PM

Teri Ebert has been part of Bass Lake Pet Hospital since the very beginning, joining the team in 1989. As Practice Manager, she has enjoyed helping the hospital grow while witnessing the incredible advancements in veterinary medicine over the years. Her lifelong love of animals and dedication to the clinic have made her an integral part of its success.

Outside of work, Teri enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles, spending time outdoors, cooking, and canning everything from homemade jam to cowboy candy. She also loves any movie or television show featuring animals.

One of Teri’s greatest joys is being a new grandmother, a role that has filled her heart with happiness.

Teri’s decades of leadership, commitment, and passion for veterinary medicine make her a valued member of the Bass Lake Pet Hospital team.

Stephanie – LVT

Stephanie earned her Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology from the Minnesota School of Business in 2012 and joined the Bass Lake Pet Hospital team in January 2019. She enjoys caring for patients and helping pets live happy, healthy lives.

Outside of the clinic, Stephanie loves spending time outdoors with her family and friends. At home, she shares her life with her three cats, Phoenix, Falcor, and Loki, along with her Golden Retriever, Clarence.

Stephanie’s compassion, experience, and dedication to her patients make her a valued member of the Bass Lake Pet Hospital team.

Erin – LVT

Erin graduated from Argosy University in December 2017 with her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. A longtime client of Bass Lake Pet Hospital, she is thrilled to now be part of the team she has trusted for years.

Becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician and caring for animals has always been Erin’s dream. She loves helping pets live healthier, happier lives while building relationships with their families.

At home, Erin shares her life with Mabel, her deaf American Staffordshire Terrier, who keeps her smiling every day.

Erin’s compassion, dedication, and lifelong love for animals make her a valued member of the Bass Lake Pet Hospital team.

Rachael – LVT

Rachael
Rachael Gabriele joined Bass Lake Pet Hospital in 2020, beginning her career as a receptionist before discovering her passion for hands-on patient care. Inspired to expand her skills, she pursued her veterinary technician education through Penn Foster and is now a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT). She is grateful for the encouragement and support of her teammates, who have helped her grow throughout her veterinary career.
Outside of the clinic, Rachael enjoys staying active through rollerblading, playing frisbee, hiking, and exploring state parks and trails. She also loves road trips, dog training, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Rachael shares her home with three beloved dogs: Wolf, a 10-year-old Pomeranian; Chance, a 5-year-old Cattle Dog; and Daisy, a 3-year-old Australian Cattle Dog. They love playing frisbee, soaking up full-body massages, sneaking an occasional tasty treat, and, of course, cuddling with their favorite people.

Rachael’s dedication to lifelong learning, compassionate care, and love for animals make her a valued member of the Bass Lake Pet Hospital team.

Jennifer – VA and CSR

Trinity

Jennifer Hawkins Finn joined Bass Lake Pet Hospital in 2026, bringing a deep love for animals and a passion for helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. She is grateful to be part of an independently owned clinic where she can work alongside a compassionate team that truly believes pets are family. Jennifer enjoys the fast-paced, hands-on nature of veterinary medicine and is always eager to learn and grow.

Outside of the clinic, Jennifer loves traveling, hiking, hammocking, reading, attending live music, and exploring the outdoors. She also appreciates quiet days spent with family and friends.

At home, Jennifer has four “magical mutts,” including two dogs, Luna and Olive, and two cats, Rue and Vito. She believes animals are incredible teachers and continues to be inspired by their sensitive, intuitive nature every day.

Jennifer’s compassion, curiosity, and genuine love for animals make her a wonderful addition to the Bass Lake Pet Hospital team.

Tara – CSR

Tara has been welcoming clients and their pets to Bass Lake Pet Hospital since 1998. Her lifelong love for animals and friendly personality have made her a familiar and valued member of the team for more than two decades. She enjoys getting to know the families who visit the clinic and helping make every appointment a positive experience.

Outside of work, Tara loves spending time with friends and family, waterskiing, paddle boarding, and relaxing at her family cabin on Lake Vermilion.

She shares her home with Leo, a Mini Australian Shepherd, and Daphne, a Pug-Pekingese mix.
Tara’s warmth, positivity, and dedication to both pets and their people make her an important part of the Bass Lake Pet Hospital team.

Mandy – CSR

Mandy Goodsell has been welcoming clients and their pets to Bass Lake Pet Hospital since 2018. She loves seeing familiar faces return to the clinic over the years and enjoys watching families grow as they welcome new pets into their homes. Having grown up on a farm surrounded by horses, cows, dogs, and cats, caring for animals has always felt like a natural part of her life.

Outside of the clinic, Mandy enjoys spending time with her kids, cheering on the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Lynx, and traveling to South Dakota to visit family.

One of Mandy’s favorite movies is The Man from Snowy River, and she jokes that while she may not always remember a client’s name, she’ll always remember their pet’s name!

Mandy’s friendly personality, love for animals, and dedication to client care make her a valued member of the Bass Lake Pet Hospital team.

Mackenzie – CSR

Mackenzie

Mackenzie embarked on her veterinary journey by earning her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Veterinary Technology from Argosy University in 2008. Following her graduation, she dedicated six years to Bass Lake Pet Hospital as a Certified Veterinary Technician until 2015. After taking time off to focus on raising her children, Mackenzie has returned to the veterinary world as a Client Service Representative.

Driven by a lifelong passion for animals, Mackenzie has always felt drawn to working with and caring for them. Her love for animals has guided her professional path and continues to inspire her in her role at the clinic.

Beyond her work at the hospital, Mackenzie finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and three children. She relishes outdoor adventures and treasures moments of relaxation with a good book. At home, their household is complete with the presence of Dex, the black lab, Cayenne and Jalapeno, their two cats, and S’more and Lucky, the beloved guinea pigs, making their house a true haven for animal lovers.
