Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy

Bass Lake Pet Hospital will apply a $30 cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

There will be a $50 fee applied for any appointment that No Shows for their scheduled appointment.

This policy is necessary to ensure that we can efficiently accommodate all patients in need of care. Short-notice cancellations and no shows prevent us from offering those appointment times to other clients and impact our ability to provide timely service to pets in need of veterinary care.
