Appointment Cancellation Policy

Effective November 1, 2025:

Bass Lake Pet Hospital will apply a $30 cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

This policy is necessary to ensure that we can efficiently accommodate all patients in need of care. Short-notice cancellations prevent us from offering those appointment times to other clients and impact our ability to provide timely service to pets in need of veterinary care.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we maintain this policy to better serve all our patients and their families.
